After18 has closed…
Our work continues.

After18 formally closed on 1 August 2026 following a difficult decision by the Board of Trustees in response to ongoing financial pressures and an increasingly challenging funding environment.

After a managed wind down process, After18 was able to secure a transfer of services to The Race Equality Centre (TREC), helping to maintain continuity of support for young people and families.

What happens now?

Activities previously delivered by After18 have transferred to TREC. They continue at the Race Equality Centre, 2nd Floor, Phoenix Yard, 5–9 Upper Brown Street, Leicester LE1 5TE.

Activities that will still be delivered under TREC include:
